This page explains what MiraiMind AI collects, why it is collected, how long it is kept and what you can ask us to do with it at any time.

- Who we areMiraiMind AI operates the website at miraimind-ai.net and the companion chat service described on it. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean MiraiMind AI, and "you" means the person using the service.
- Scope of this policyThis policy covers the MiraiMind AI website, member accounts and chat features. It does not cover third-party websites you reach through links, which have their own policies.
- Agreeing to this policyBy creating an account or using MiraiMind AI you accept the practices set out here. If you do not accept them, please stop using the service.
- Adults onlyMiraiMind AI is intended for people aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. We do not knowingly collect data from minors, and accounts believed to belong to minors are closed.
- Account informationWhen you register we collect an email address and an encrypted password. You may optionally add a display name, date of birth confirmation and country.
- Chat contentMessages you exchange with a companion are stored so the conversation and its memory can continue between sessions. They are linked to your account and are not published.
- Companion settingsPersonality choices, appearance preferences, voices and interests you configure are stored as part of your profile so your companion stays consistent.
- Payment dataCard details are handled by our payment processors and never stored on MiraiMind AI servers. We keep only the transaction reference, plan name, amount, currency and date.
- Technical dataWe log IP address, browser type, device type, language, referring page and timestamps. This information supports security, fraud prevention and troubleshooting.
- Usage analyticsWe measure aggregated events such as page views, feature usage and session length in order to understand which parts of MiraiMind AI are useful and which are not.
- Support messagesIf you contact support we keep your message and our reply so we can follow up and improve recurring answers.
- Why we process your dataTo provide the service you asked for, keep accounts secure, process payments, meet legal duties, prevent abuse and improve MiraiMind AI over time.
- Legal basesDepending on your location we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent and legal obligation. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time.
- No sale of personal dataMiraiMind AI does not sell, rent or trade personal data or chat content. We do not share conversations with advertising networks or data brokers.
- Service providersWe use vetted providers for hosting, storage, payments, email delivery and analytics. They may process data only on our instructions and only to perform their service.
- International transfersData may be processed in countries other than yours. Where required we use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
- CookiesMiraiMind AI uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and preference cookies to remember settings. Analytics cookies are used only in aggregate.
- Managing cookiesYou can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in and other core features from working.
- Data retentionAccount and chat data are kept while your account is active. After deletion, residual copies are removed from live systems promptly and from backups within a short rolling cycle.
- Deleting a conversationYou may delete individual chats at any time from inside your account. Deleted threads are removed from your history and stop informing companion memory.
- Closing your accountYou may close your MiraiMind AI account whenever you wish. Closing an account removes profile data, companion settings and stored conversations.
- Your rightsSubject to local law you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. We answer verified requests within the period required by law.
- How to exercise rightsSend your request from the email address registered to your account. We may ask for additional verification before acting on requests about personal data.
- Marketing communicationsWe send service emails such as receipts and security notices. Promotional emails are optional and every one of them contains an unsubscribe link.
- Security measuresWe use encryption in transit, hashed credentials, access controls, activity logging and regular review of our systems. No online service can promise perfect security.
- Data breach handlingIf a breach is likely to affect your rights we will notify affected members and the relevant authority within the time frames set by applicable law.
- Automated processingCompanion replies are generated automatically. These outputs are entertainment content and are not decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
- Content moderationAutomated filters and human review are used to detect prohibited material. Content that breaks our rules may be blocked, removed or reported where the law requires it.
- Third-party linksPages on MiraiMind AI may link to external sites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, so read their policies before sharing data with them.
- Do Not TrackBrowsers send Do Not Track signals in inconsistent ways. MiraiMind AI does not respond to them, but we do limit analytics to aggregated measurement.
- Changes to this policyWe may update this policy as the service evolves. The revision date at the top always shows the current version, and material changes are announced in the product.
