Terms of Service for MiraiMind AI
These terms are the agreement between you and MiraiMind AI. They set out what you can expect from the service and what we expect from you.

- Acceptance of termsBy visiting miraimind-ai.net or using any part of the MiraiMind AI service you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, do not use the service.
- Definitions"Service" means the MiraiMind AI website and companion chat. "Companion" means a fictional AI character. "Content" means text, images, audio and settings created or exchanged through the service.
- Age requirementYou must be at least 18 years old, or older if your country sets a higher age of majority. Providing false age information is a breach of these terms.
- Fictional charactersEvery companion on MiraiMind AI is fictional. Companions do not represent real people, and any resemblance to a real individual is unintended.
- Entertainment purposeThe service exists for entertainment and companionship. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and must not be relied on as such.
- Not an emergency serviceMiraiMind AI cannot help in a crisis. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency number or a qualified professional immediately.
- Account creationYou agree to provide accurate registration details and to keep them current. One person may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Account securityYou are responsible for your password and for all activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Acceptable useYou agree not to use MiraiMind AI for anything unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful to other members, to us, or to the operation of the service.
- Prohibited contentContent involving minors, non-consenting real people, threats, terrorism, trafficking, extreme violence or illegal goods is strictly forbidden and results in immediate closure of the account.
- No impersonationYou may not configure a companion or profile to impersonate a real person, public figure or organisation without their clear permission.
- No automated accessScraping, crawling, bulk downloading, reverse engineering or using bots against MiraiMind AI is prohibited without our written consent.
- No resaleYou may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or commercially exploit access to the service or the content generated within it, unless we permit it in writing.
- Your contentYou keep the rights you already hold in what you write. You grant MiraiMind AI a limited licence to store and process it purely to operate the service for you.
- Generated contentCompanion replies are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, inconsistent or unexpected. You use them at your own discretion and risk.
- Our intellectual propertyThe MiraiMind AI name, logo, design, code, character artwork and copy belong to us and are protected by intellectual property law.
- FeedbackIf you send suggestions we may use them freely, without obligation, compensation or confidentiality, to improve MiraiMind AI.
- Free and paid plansSome features are free and others require a paid plan. The features included in each plan are described on the pricing section of the website.
- BillingPaid plans are charged in advance for the chosen period. Prices are shown before purchase and may include taxes depending on your location.
- Automatic renewalSubscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel them.
- CancellationYou may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period.
- RefundsWhere the law grants you a refund right we honour it. Outside that, charges for periods already used are generally non-refundable.
- Failed paymentsIf a payment fails we may retry it, downgrade the account to the free plan, or suspend access until the balance is settled.
- ChargebacksRaising a chargeback without first contacting support may lead to suspension of the account while the dispute is examined.
- Service changesWe may add, alter or withdraw features as MiraiMind AI develops. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature we will give reasonable notice.
- AvailabilityWe aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates and events beyond our control may cause downtime.
- Suspension and terminationWe may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, harm other members, or expose the service to legal risk.
- Termination by youYou may stop using MiraiMind AI and close your account at any time; the sections of these terms that by nature survive will continue to apply.
- Disclaimer of warrantiesThe service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
- Limitation of liabilityTo the extent the law allows, MiraiMind AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months.
- IndemnityYou agree to indemnify MiraiMind AI against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms or of applicable law.
- Third-party servicesPayment processors, hosting providers and other third parties operate under their own terms, which apply alongside these ones.
- PrivacyOur handling of personal data is described in the MiraiMind AI privacy policy, which forms part of this agreement.
- Governing lawThese terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of our establishment, without regard to conflict of law rules.
- Changes to these termsWe may revise these terms; the date at the top shows the current version and continued use after an update means you accept it.
